1. Tripura becomes the fourth state to use an electronic cabinet.
◉ Tripura Tripura became the second state in the Northeast to adopt an e-cabinet system when Chief Minister Manik Saha unveiled the state’s e-cabinet system. Tripura was the fourth Indian state to do so.
◉ The first Council of Ministers meeting, which was held entirely without paper, was also presided over by the Chief Minister.
◉ Tripura became the fourth state to use the E-Cabinet system after Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh. Presently, Tripura is ranked fourth out of the 28 states.
2. The Rajasthan government orders a caste survey.
◉ Following the release of the caste data by Bihar, the Congress-led government in Rajasthan commissioned a survey based on caste to ascertain the socioeconomic standing of various societal groups and develop tailored assistance programs for them.
◉ The State government’s own funds will be used to carry out the survey.
◉ The survey will continue even after the application of the model code of conduct for the forthcoming Assembly election, as the Social Justice and Empowerment Department announced the exercise after receiving approval from the State Cabinet.
◉ The State government was within its rights to do the survey of families, which would also expose their economic situation, as the Census could only be carried out by the Centre.
3. Rajasthan’s chief minister names three new districts.
◉ Malpura, Sujangarh, and Kuchman City are the three new districts that the state of Rajasthan’s chief minister Ashok Gehlot has stated will be created. 53 districts will now exist in Rajasthan.
◉ In response to public demand and in accordance with a high-level committee’s recommendations, the new districts were established.
◉ 17 new districts were created by the state government in August of this year.
4. In Rajasthan, PM Modi unveiled projects worth Rs 5000 crore.
◉ In Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced several projects costing 5,000 crore that he claims will enhance the state’s development.
◉ Modi laid the cornerstone for and officially opened numerous development projects in industries like transportation (road, rail, and aviation), health, and higher education.
◉ A 350-bed trauma center and critical care hospital block at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences in Jodhpur, as well as seven critical care blocks under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) that will be built throughout the state, were among the projects the Prime Minister also laid the cornerstone for.

5. India and Saudi Arabia collaborate on green hydrogen and electrical links.
◉ A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on guaranteeing a green hydrogen supply chain and collaboration on power grid interconnection has been signed by Saudi Arabia and India.
◉ On the fringes of the MENA Climate Week 2023, the MoU was signed in Riyadh by RK Singh, the union minister for power and new & renewable energy, and Abdulaziz bin Salman Al-Saud, the Saudi energy minister.
6. A new cycle path covered in solar panels in Hyderabad brightens the city.
◉ India’s first solar-covered cycle track, measuring 23 km, has been opened in Hyderabad. It is modeled after the Daejeon and Sejong bike lanes in South Korea.
◉ Healthway is the name of the two lines. The pink line runs 8.5 km from Nanakramguda to the Telangana State Police Academy (TSPA), and the blue line runs 14.5 km from Narsinghi hub to Kollur.
◉ The panels have the capacity to produce 16 MW of electricity, which would be enough to illuminate 800 kilometers of city streets or power 32,000 streetlights.
