1. In Ujjain, PM Modi opened the Shri Mahakal Lok complex.
◉ At Shri Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated Phase I of the Mahakal Lok Project to the country.
◉ The initiative intends to reduce congestion throughout the entire neighborhood while simultaneously placing a strong emphasis on heritage building preservation and restoration.
◉ The temple precinct will nearly triple in size as a result of the redevelopment. The entire project will cost somewhere about 850 crores.
2. The WADA Athlete Biological Passport Symposium was introduced by Anurag Thakur.

4. The fourth Vande Bharat Express was launched by PM Modi in Himachal Pradesh.
◉ In the Himachal Pradesh district of Una, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially launched the fourth Vande Bharat Express train.
◉ From Delhi, the train will chug toward the Himachal Pradesh town of Una’s Amb-Andaura Railway station.
◉ The train will stop at Ambala, Chandigarh, Anandpur Sahib, and Una while operating six days a week, excluding Wednesdays.
◉ In another election-bound state, Gujarat, PM Modi signalled the start of the third Vande Bharat Express last month. This train travels between Mumbai and Gandhinagar.

◉ The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has appointed Google Cloud, enabling it to use cloud technology to address challenging issues for governmental organizations.
◉ The MeitY accreditation, also known as the empanelment, has put Google in a position to fully collaborate with Indian public sector organizations.
6. The first-ever “Mental Health and Social Care Policy” was announced by Meghalaya.
◉ On World Mental Health Day, the Meghalaya government unveiled the first-ever draught of the state’s “State Mental Health and Social Care Policy.”

◉ The 2022 CRII examines government initiatives and measures against inequality during the first two years of the COVID-19 epidemic in 161 nations.
◉ India’s overall ranking rose from 129 in 2020 to 123 in 2022, an improvement of six points. For reducing inequality through progressive expenditure, it rose 12 spots to rank 129.

9. Aparajita Sarangi, a member of the IPU panel from Odisha
◉ Odisha-based MP for Lok Sabha Aparajita Sarangi has been chosen to represent the Asia Pacific Group (APG) nations on the Inter-Parliamentary Union’s (IPU) executive committee.
◉ In the election for the position, Sarangi received 12 of the total 18 votes. It took place in Rwanda’s capital city of Kigali.
◉ Sarangi will represent India on the union’s executive committee, which consists of 15 people.

◉ The Teg class guided missile frigate INS Tarkash, a Chetak helicopter, and members of the Marine Commando Force are all used to represent the Indian Navy (MARCOS).
◉ Through the collaborative marine exercise, maritime security, operational training, sharing of best practices, and interoperability will be improved to counter common maritime threats.
