1. Four Karnataka pilgrim centers have been chosen for the PRASHAD Program
◉ In Karnataka, the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Heritage Augmentation Drive (PRASHAD) Plan has designated four pilgrim centers for development.
◉ The following temples have been chosen for the program: Sri Madhwa Vana in the Udupi district, Papnash temple in the Bidar district, and Sri Renuka Yallamma Temple in Saundatti in the Belagavi district.
◉ Under the Swadesh Darshan Program, the heritage sites of Hampi and Mysuru have already been chosen.
2. In Bengaluru, PM Modi launched Aero India 2023.
◉ The 14th Aero India show has officially begun in Bengaluru under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi (Karnataka).
◉ The Indian Department of Defense Production is hosting Aero India 2023 at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru, Karnataka, from February 13 to February 17.

3. Delhi will be home to India’s first National Metro Rail Knowledge Center.
◉ The first National Metro Rail Knowledge Center in the nation will be designed and built by GA Infra Pvt Ltd, a top infrastructure firm in India.
◉ The center, which is expected to cost close to Rs 460 million, will be constructed through a public-private partnership (PPP) and will be situated at the Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station in Delhi.

◉ Paytm has released a unique QR Code with a G20 theme to honor India’s G20 chairmanship and its dominance in mobile payments.
◉ Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw introduced it at the “Digital Payments Utsav” in 2023.
Paytm is planning a special drive as part of the “Digital Payments Utsav” in which a branded car will travel to several areas in Delhi with a high public presence.
◉ Being the creator of QR code payments, Paytm has been a key player in India’s mobile payments revolution.

◉ A three-person jury chose the novel from among the literary works released in the previous five years.
◉ At a ceremony on February 17, author M. Mukundan will give Subhash Chandran the prize, which comes with Rs 50,000 and a sculpture.
