1. The Bihar government inked a deal with ICCR to promote its soft power around the world.
◉ In order to support artists from the state, handicrafts, and other ethnic arts that are anticipated to gain international exposure, the Bihar government has signed an agreement with the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR).
◉ To promote Indian culture abroad, ICCR created the “Bharat ke Rajyon ka Sanskritik Sammelan” initiative.
◉ This agreement’s goal is to strengthen the relationship between the State and ICCR by encouraging participation and institutionalizing it.

2. G7 countries established the climate “Shield” fund.
◉ On the opening day of the 27th UN Climate Change Conference, the G7 countries unveiled their “Globa Shield” plan.

3. Index of Wholesale Prices Inflation dropped to 8.39% in October 2022.
