1. A global Gita festival will begin on November 19 in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
◉ The International Gita Mahotsav will be held at Kurukshetra, Haryana, from November 19 to December 6, 2022.
◉ This important Holy Gita festival will be attended by President Draupadi Murmu.
◉ Both the Gita Yagya at Brahma Sarovar and the three-day International Gita Seminar at Kurukshetra University will be attended by President Murmu.
2. In Meghalaya, the 46th Wangala Festival has come to an end.
