1. Speaking at the 7th Petrochemical Conclave in New Delhi was Hardeep Puri
◉ Hardeep Singh Puri, the Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs and Petroleum and Natural Gas, spoke during the Plenary Session of the 7th Petrochemical Conclave in New Delhi.
