1. 100% of Arunachal Pradesh is covered by Har Ghar Jal.
◉ Under the Center’s Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Arunachal Pradesh has reached 100% saturation in the “Har Ghar Jal” project.
◉ Under the federal government-supported plan, the state became the first in the northeast and the tenth in the nation to reach a cent percent saturation.
◉ Every home in the state now has access to clean and safe piped water thanks to the completion of the project, which cost ₹ 3,965.41 crore from the Center and ₹ 455.51 crore from the State.
2. SBI initiates PMJJBY and PMSBY digital enrollment.
◉ To enroll its clients in the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) programs, State Bank of India (SBI) has initiated a self-subscribing process.
◉ The facility would support the Indian government’s initiative to implement PMJJBY and PMSBY plans for all eligible individuals.
◉ Customers can enroll in the schemes at their convenience with this functionality without having to visit the branch or Customer Service Point.
◉ On the Jan Suraksha portal, the customer must enter their account number, and birthdate, and choose the bank. After the premium is paid, the Certificate of Insurance is produced instantaneously.
3. An agreement is signed between Colombia and India to collaborate in the area of exchanging effective digital solutions.
◉ A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of Sharing Successful Digital Solutions Implemented at Population Scale for Digital Transformation has been signed by Colombia and India.
◉ It was signed by Colombia’s Information Technologies and Communications and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
◉ These infrastructures are a collection of safe, interoperable shared digital systems. To supply and ensure fair access to both public and private services, they can be constructed using open standards.

6. LIC introduced the “Amritbaal” strategy for kids.
◉ A children’s insurance plan called “Amritbaal” has been introduced by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
◉ The new “non-linked, non-participating, individual, savings, life insurance” plan is made especially to have a corpus large enough to cover a child’s other necessities and further education.
◉ This policy has a minimum sum assured (SA) of ₹2 lakh and a maximum SA of ₹0 (subject to underwriting decision).
◉ If this policy remains in effect, it will make it easier for the corpus to grow by guaranteed additions at the rate of ₹80 for every thousand basic sum guaranteed after each policy year from the start of the policy until the end of the policy term.

7. ICICI Bank’s Non-Executive Part-Time Chairman will be replaced by Pradeep Kumar Sinha.
◉ When G. C. Chaturvedi’s term ends on June 30, 2024, former Cabinet Secretary Pradeep Kumar Sinha will assume the role of Non-Executive Part-time Chairman of ICICI Bank.
◉ The appointment of Sinha as an Additional (Independent) Director for a term of five years, effective immediately pending shareholder approval, has been authorized by the Bank’s Board.
◉ In 1977, Sinha became a member of the Indian Administrative Service (Uttar Pradesh).
◉ Before going to the Prime Minister’s Office, he spent more than four years as the Cabinet Secretary (starting in June 2015). That was where he retired in March 2021.

9. From Sriharikota, ISRO launched the INSAT-3DS satellite.
◉ With the GSLV-F14/INSAT-3DS mission, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) successfully launched the meteorological satellite INSAT-3DS from SDSC-SHAR, Sriharikota.
