1. The first Indian airline to transport 100 million passengers annually is IndiGo.
◉ “Becoming the first Indian airline to carry 100 million passengers in a single calendar year,” IndiGo, an Indian airline, made history.
◉ With this accomplishment, it has joined a restricted group of international carriers that conduct business of this size. This milestone strengthens IndiGo’s position as one of the top ten airlines in the world based on passenger volume.
◉ Over the last six months, IndiGo has added more than 20 international routes to its network, increasing its worldwide footprint.
2. In Lucknow, VP Dhankhar opened the Atal Health Fair.
◉ At the PNT Ground in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Vice-President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar has opened the two-day Atal Health Fair in honor of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

4. Hyderabad tops the NCRB report rankings for food adulteration cases.
◉ The National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) revealed data showing Hyderabad’s top ranking in the nation for food adulteration cases.
◉ Andhra Pradesh is in close second place, after Telangana.
◉ A total of 19 major Indian cities reported 291 incidences of adulterated food in 2022.
Interestingly, 246 of these cases—a startling number—were reported in Hyderabad alone, indicating a worrying trend in the city’s food safety.
5. The second Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express is opened by PM Modi
◉ On the Delhi-Varanasi line, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has opened the second Vande Bharat Express.
◉ Every Wednesday through Monday, the train will leave Varanasi at 6 am and arrive in New Delhi at 2:05 pm. Except Tuesday, it will depart New Delhi at 3 p.m. and arrive at Varanasi at 11:05 p.m. on its return trip.
◉ The Vande Bharat Express enhances passenger comfort with cutting-edge features.
