1. Varuna, India’s first passenger drone, was unveiled by PM Modi.
◉ In New Delhi, at the Naval Innovation and Indigenization Organization (NIIO) seminar “Swavlamban,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the unveiling of India’s first drone, which can carry a human payload of up to 130 kg.

2. India and the UK agreed to mutually recognize each other’s educational credentials by signing an MoU.
