◉ To find a solution, MeitY spoke with the Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) about the problem. MeitY recommended that businesses implement a thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure known as KYDFA (Know Your Digital Finance App). The KYC procedure for bank accounts is comparable to this.
