1. Ladakh will become the site of India’s first-night sky sanctuary, according to the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA), which is situated in Bengaluru.
◉ In Hanle, Ladakh, as a part of the Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary, a first-ever “Night Sky Sanctuary” will also be created as part of the project.
◉ One of the highest spots in the world for optical, gamma-ray, and infrared telescopes will be the sanctuary.
2. UP: Bhartaul becomes the first village in the state with household-level RO water treatment.
◉ Bhartaul has made history by becoming the first village in Uttar Pradesh to provide RO water to every residence. The Bithiri Chainpur block of Bareilly is where Bhartaul is situated.
◉ Every residence there receives clean and sterile RO water, and there are about 7,000 people living there. The Adarsh Gram Panchayat project led to the installation of RO, giving the village access to clean drinking water.
◉ Four RO plants have already been set up in the village, and more ROs are in the works. Every family now has access to clean water thanks to the connection of these RO units to the main supply tanks.
3. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will make his first visit to Mongolia in order to have bilateral talks to strengthen bilateral defense cooperation.
◉ To participate in the 2+2 Ministerial dialogue, he will also visit Japan. Rajnath Singh, the Union Defense Minister, will travel to Mongolia for the first time between September 5 and 7.

◉ Heavy-duty, long-distance trucks powered by liquefied natural gas will be produced by Blue Energy Motors.

◉ The IndusInd Bank asserted that it inked a partial guarantee scheme with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with an initial investment of Rs 560 crore with the express intent of promoting SCF solutions in India.
◉ IndusInd Bank will benefit from the assistance of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in a number of initiatives in this area as it strives to expand its MSME lending presence.
