1. In a single performance in Dubai, Suchetha Satish breaks the record for the most languages sang in a world record.
◉ Suchetha Satish, a Kerala native, made music history in a momentous and breathtaking way when she broke the record for the most languages sang in a single concert in the United Arab Emirates.
◉ Earlier this week, the Guinness Book of World Records formally confirmed this accomplishment.
◉ Suchetha’s ground-breaking performance was part of a special project called Concert for Climate, which aimed to increase public awareness of the pressing problem of climate change.
2. The “National PACS Mega Conclave” in New Delhi is chaired by Amit Shah.
◉ The “National PACS Mega Conclave” on “Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra” was presided over by Union Home Minister and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.

◉ The name of the airport, “Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhyadham,” will pay homage to the region’s cultural and historical significance.
In order to fully realise Ayodhya’s economic potential and its significance as a global pilgrimage site—and to welcome visitors and pilgrims from abroad—the airport is essential.
◉ The airport’s first phase was developed at a cost exceeding Rs 1,450 crore. The airport’s 6500 square meter terminal building will be able to accommodate roughly 10 lakh passengers a year.
4. The first meeting of the Inland Waterways Development Council was chaired by Sarbananda Sonowal in Kolkata.
◉ Sarbananda Sonowal, Union Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, presided over the inaugural meeting of the Inland Waterways Development Council in Kolkata.
◉ Mr. Sonowal announced several ground-breaking projects during the occasion, such as the River Cruise Tourism Roadmap 2047 and Harit Nauka – Guidelines for Green Transition of Inland Vessels.
◉ In keeping with the objectives of the Maritime India Vision 2030, the Ministry has set a goal to increase the modal share of inland water transport from the current two percent to five percent.
5. Cabinet Approves India-USAID Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Net-Zero Emissions Goal for Railways
◉ The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/India) to assist Indian Railways in reaching “net zero carbon emission” by 2030 has been accepted by the Union Cabinet, which is presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
◉ Through the MoU, Indian Railways has a forum to communicate and exchange the most recent advancements and industry information.
◉ The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) enables the following: training and seminars/workshops focusing on specific technology areas like energy efficiency and renewable energy, training and workshops on advanced energy solutions and systems, regional integration of the energy and market, and other interactions for knowledge sharing.

6. The current fiscal year is expected to have 7.3% growth in the Indian economy; NSO
◉ The Indian economy is expected to increase by a strong 7.3 percent in the Financial Year 2023–24, surpassing the provisional growth rate of 7.2 percent in the previous financial year, according to the National Statistical Office (NSO), which is under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
◉ NSO stated in its analysis, which was based on First Advance Estimates (FAE) of National Income for the fiscal year 2023–2024, that the industry’s double-digit growth rate is projected to be 10.7 percent in the construction sector.
◉ It was noted that every economic sector had experienced growth of more than six percent, except the agriculture and related industries, where growth is only expected to be 1.8%.

◉ Through the imitation of fifty demonstrations, ALOHA was able to learn how to cook and serve prawns, summon and board the lift, and put a three-pound saucepan inside a cupboard.
◉ Additionally, it can water plants, load and unload a dishwasher, use a coffee maker, do laundry, self-charge, operate a Hoover cleaner, and much more through user-controlled teleoperations.
◉ ALOHA is a lightweight robot that can move up to 100 kilograms of weight and walks at a human pace of 1.42 meters per second.
