1. The first Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal in India was inaugurated on the Eastern Railway’s Asansol Division.
◉ Under the PM Gati-Shakti program, Indian Railways has opened the first ‘Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal’ (GCT) in the Asansol Division of Eastern Railway.
◉ Asansol Division commissioned this Maithon Power Limited private siding in Thaparnagar, Jharkhand.
2. Odisha ranked first in full vaccination coverage, with 90.5 percent coverage.
◉ Odisha topped the list of full immunization coverage in India, according to the National Family Health Survey (NFHS)-5, with 90.5 percent coverage under Mission Indradhanush. On March 7, 2022, Intensified Mission Indradhanush 4.0 (IMI) was launched in Odisha to provide preventive health care for women and children, as well as to increase full immunisation coverage.
◉ Odisha’s 20 districts had a full immunization rate of over 90%, while the remaining ten districts had a rate of less than 90%. IMI was chosen to include districts such as Ganjam, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jharsuguda, Koraput, Keonjhar, Malkangiri, Khurda, Sambalpur, Mayurbhanj, and Sundargarh.

3. The “OneUp” Primary Markets Investment Platform was launched by IIFL Securities.
◉ India’s first primary markets investment platform, ‘OneUp,’ was developed by IIFL Securities Limited (formerly India Infoline Limited). Investments in initial public offerings (IPOs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), and sovereign gold bonds (SGBs), among other things, can be made using this platform. IPO applications are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the OneUp platform, up to three days before the IPO bidding commences.
◉ It allows purchasers to research, trade, and manage new investment options all on one platform. Another distinguishing element of the platform is that it allows investors to bid on behalf of others, such as friends or family members.
4. LivQuik has achieved the RBI’s PPI interoperability criteria, making it the first fintech to do so.
◉ LivQuik, a prepaid payment instrument (PPI) issuer, stated that its Prepaid Payment Instruments have achieved full interoperability, as required by the Reserve Bank of India. It is also the first PPI issuer to achieve full interoperability, according to the company. According to RBI requirements, PPI issuers must allow full-KYC wallet interoperability by March 31, 2022.
