1. In Madhya Pradesh, Adani Green completed a 325 MW wind energy project.
◉ A 4 MW wind farm owned by Adani Green was put into service in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
◉ Since this plant was commissioned, the operating generation capacity has climbed to 6.1 GW.
◉ With Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), the facility has two 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) that cover 274.4 MW of energy and 50 MW of power, respectively, at a cost of Rs 2.83 per kWh (kilowatt hour).
2. Climate activist Vanessa Nakate has been named a Goodwill Ambassador by UNICEF.
