1. With Huawei, TSSC developed a center of excellence at NIT At NIT Patna, the Patna Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) and Huawei Technologies have opened a center of excellence for capacity building.
◉ The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship will oversee its establishment.
◉ The five-year agreement, known as a memorandum of understanding, aims to increase the employability of prospective students by providing them with training in cutting-edge technology.
2. We Care, a community policing initiative, was started by Delhi LG.
◉ The Delhi Police Community policing initiative “We Care” was launched by Delhi Lt. Governor VK Saxena.
◉ Objective: To create a police-public interface and raise awareness of the Delhi Police’s many programs among the general public.
◉ For the next three months, every DCP will organize community policing events in their local communities on Saturdays and Sundays as part of the “We Care” project.
