1. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar launched the Lok Manthan program.

2. Samsung and Skill India collaborated to train Indian youth.

11. International Day of Sign Languages is September 23.

◉ The World Federation of the Deaf proposed observing the International Day of Sign Languages (WFD). The WFD is a union of 135 national organizations for the deaf. The federation speaks for almost 70 million deaf persons worldwide.
