1. To commemorate the NCC’s 75 successful years, PM Modi released a commemorative Rs 75 coin.
◉ On the occasion of the National Cadet Corps’ 75 successful years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has presented a unique day cover and a commemorative specially made coin of Rs 75 denomination (NCC).
◉ At the Cariappa Ground in Delhi, the NCC rally was conducted to mark the 75th anniversary. At the event, 196 officers and cadets representing 19 other nations also took part.
◉ Under the National Cadet Corps Act of 1948, the NCC was established in 1948 as per the recommendations of the H N Kunzru Committee from 1946.
2. ‘Jeevan Vidya Shivir’ was held for teachers in Delhi government schools.
◉ At the Thyagaraja stadium in New Delhi, the Delhi State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has held a 5-day “Jeevan Vidya Shivir” for the teachers of Delhi government schools.
◉ The event was attended by almost 4,000 teachers from Delhi government schools.
◉ A coexistence workshop called Jeevan Vidya Shivir is based on A Nagraj’s Coexistential philosophy.
◉ The five-day Jeevan Vidya Shivir will assist instructors in strengthening their ability to identify and close any holes in the educational system.
3. Amitabh Kant, the G-20 Sherpa for India, opened the country’s first-ever Model G-20 Summit.
◉ Amitabh Kant, the G-20 Sherpa for India, officially opened the country’s inaugural Model G-20 Summit, which Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini’s Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership organized.
◉ In honor of India’s G-20 presidency and to introduce the G-20 concept to the younger generation, a two-day model G-20 summit has been arranged at the Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini campus in Uttan, close to Mumbai.
◉ The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, president of ICCR and vice chairman of Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini.
◉ Students will take on the roles of G-20 member nations during this two-day conference and engage in discussions about a range of political and social topics in four committees or tracks, including Leader Track, Sherpa Track, Civil-20, and Business-20.
4. The “Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan” initiative was started by the UP government.
◉ The government of Uttar Pradesh has started a campaign called “Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan” to help disadvantaged girls become capable and independent women.
◉ Under the Aarohini Initiative Training Programme, the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan will seek to ensure the safety and security of the 746 Kasturba Gandhi Residential Females Schools in the state’s for girls.

8. Aditya-L1 will launch by ISRO by June or July 2023.
