1. 450 MW are sent to Bangladesh from the Adani power facility at Godda.
◉ The Godda plant of Adani Power supplied 450 Megawatts of electricity to the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB). It was raised even more, to 750 MW.

◉ Noted Calyampudi Radhakrishna Rao, an Indian-American statistician, has won the International Prize 2023 in Statistics, also known as the Nobel Prize of Statistics.
◉ At Ottawa, Canada’s yearly International Statistical Institute World Statistics Conference, Rao will receive the honour, which comes with an $80,000 cash reward.
