1. The seventh tiger reserve in MP is now Veerangana Durgavati.
◉ Veerangana Durgavati Tiger Reserve has been designated as Madhya Pradesh’s seventh tiger reserve by the Union Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Climate Change.
◉ The reserve’s total area is roughly 2,339 square kilometers, of which the core area is 1,414 square kilometers and the buffer zone is 925.12 square kilometers.
◉ Making improved conservation efforts for the local fauna is the main goal.
◉ In India, there are currently 55 declared tiger reserves.
◉ Dholpur-Karauli Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan was the previous 54th Tiger Reserve.
◉ Six tiger reserves existed in Madhya Pradesh at the time: Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Satpura, Pench, Panna, and Sanjay-Dubri.
2. Three national honors are given to Chhattisgarh for Ayushman Bharat.

4. RBI Fines SBI, IB, Punjab & Sind Bank and Other Financial Institutions
◉ Three banks—State Bank of India, Indian Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, and Fedbank Financial Services—have each received financial fines from the RBI for breaking the rules.

◉ For failing to follow certain instructions concerning “Loans and Advances – Statutory and Other Restrictions” and “Guidelines on Management of Intra-Group Transactions and Exposures,” the RBI fined SBI 1.30 crore rupees.
5. PhonePe, a digital payments startup with headquarters in Bengaluru, has established its own app store platform in an effort to break Google’s monopoly and draw in Android developers in India.
