2. “Dr Puneeth Rajkumar Hrudaya Jyoti Yojana” was introduced by the Karnataka government.

5. E-bank guarantee services for MSMEs are launched by HSBC India. Private sector lender In place of the traditional, labor-intensive paper-based bank guarantee, HSBC India has introduced electronic bank guarantee services for its MSMEs and corporate clients in collaboration with National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL).
◉ Through the use of e-signatures and e-stamping, the initiative seeks to facilitate the issuance of guarantees online and digitize trade. The applicant will be able to view a bank guarantee on the NeSL portal instantaneously using the new solution.
◉ NeSL functions as a legal evidence repository, including information regarding any debt or claim that has been presented by a financial or operational creditor and confirmed and validated by the parties involved in the debt, under the auspices of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
6. The beauty retail business of Arvind Fashions will be acquired by Reliance Retail
◉ Arvind Beauty Brands Retail, a division of Arvind Fashions that manages Sephora India, is being acquired by Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL) for ₹99 crore.
