About RPF

Railway recruitment Board organizes RPF (Railway Police Force) Recruitment Examination every year to select eligible candidates to the post of Constables and Sub-Inspectors. Both Male and Female candidates are recruited to the available post in Railway Police Force. RPF Recruitment Notification was released on 31st May 2018. Online Application for the same started on 1st June 2018.

RPF Exam Pattern

Railway RPF Exam exam will be carried out in 4 phases:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
  • Document Verification (DV)

Negative Marking: 1/3rd Marks will be deducted for a question attempted wrong by a candidate. No marks will be deducted for any question left unanswered.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

It is mandatory for all candidates to qualify Physical Efficiency Test in order to be eligible for further recruitment of RPF 2018 Exam.

Document Verification

This is the final selection stage for RPF Recruitment 2018. Candidates who have been selected in the previous processes will be finally called for Document Verification. Shortlisted candidates should produce NOC from the employer on the date of his/her DV failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
