The Digital University Kerala (DUK) has announced a partnership with the Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET) in Thrissur, Kerala to establish India’s first Graphene Innovation Centre in Kerala. The project will also receive funding of Rs 86.41 crore from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, to set up India’s first-ever Graphene Research and Development (R&D) incubator.

Gherkins are made of younger cucumbers which are smaller than typical cucumbers. India currently exports Gherkins to 20 countries, including the USA, France, Germany, Australia.
